Why Nnamdi Kanu's release is inevitable

While more dangerous individuals continue to fight against Nnamdi Kanu’s release, the possibility of him rejoining IPOB becomes inevitable.

Many have done things possible to frustrate his release despite the excuse by some power-hungry individuals that they are fighting day and night to see Kanu’s release.

Nnamdi Kanu has stayed in the DSS dungeon for more than 9 months.

After moving to send him to correctional facilities, the judge presiding over his case vehemently disagreed.

Her reason was that the DSS dungeon was more secure for a personality like Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Taking him to a correctional facility is like exposing a goat to millions of hungry lions.

This is not the first time they are forcing Kanu to break down.

Despite all their efforts, Onyendu remains resolute. It was like he knew a moment like this would come.

His parents died suffering from the shock of the attack at their home at Afaraukwu Ibukwu, Abia state.

He was kidnapped in Kenya and returned to Nigeria.

Each time he was visited by a group of his legal team, he always told them to remain resolute and it shall be over soon.

His undying love for Biafrans continues to grow even while he is in the DSS dungeon.

The release of Nnamdi Kanu is inevitable because he has not committed any crime known by man or law.

His agitation has both natural and legal backing. The government of Nigeria should be arrested for arresting a man who was only asking for his rights as a human being.

Will Nnamdi Kanu be released?

On come 8th of April, 2022, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB will be reappearing at the Abuja High Court.

The court sitting this time around is to rule if the court had any jurisdiction to try Nnamdi Kanu.

To make the whole thing simple, the high court of Nigeria lost jurisdiction to try Nnamdi Kanu the moment Kanu was kidnapped and extradited to Nigeria.

A crime of extraordinary rendition is an international crime.

Nigeria illegally entered the borders of Kenya and kidnapped Kanu who legally entered Kenya for a visit.

Kenya through one of their press releases as it regards Nnamdi Kanu’s case has acknowledged the fact that Kanu entered their country on a particular date and time but they can’t give an account of how he left the country.

That is to say in a short sentence, that Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped in Kenya.

Nnamdi Kanu will be released on the 8th of April inevitably.

The release of Nnamdi Kanu on this very day is inevitable because the Nigerian government has no jurisdiction to continue with the case of Nnamdi Kanu.
