Nnamdi Kanu’s case was adjourned because of DSS undisclosed reasons for noproducing him.

The federal high court sitting in Abuja has adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s case scheduled for 26th July 2021.

It was further adjourned to the 21st of October 2021.

The reason for the adjournment was the inability of DSS to produce him for hearing.

Lead Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor has confirmed the latest development.

He told the public that the court adjourned the case because members of DSS failed to produce him in court.

He further added that he asked the prosecuting lawyers to give an update about his state of health. This was not given a favourable response.

Earlier, Biafrans were warned never to approach the court premises.

Unfortunately for the Commissioner of Police, IPOB members flooded the area.

The world shook as Biafrans flooded the streets to protest for Nnamdi Kanu’s release.

People are already asking for the state of health of the IPOB leader as they no longer trust the role of the Nigerian government in this case.

We know that Kanu was arrested in the late days of June in Kenya.

He was illegally repatriated to Nigeria to continue his total.

The government also went ahead to claim that Kanu jumped bail.

And the big question remains, which reasonable human being will sit and watch himself being killed?

Nnamdi Kanu did not jump bail but rather ran to save his life.

On Monday Kanu was to appear in court but was nowhere to be found.

Kanu did not show up in the court and people are yet to know what could be his state of health.

The defence counsel has also written for Kanu to be transferred to prison.

His stay in the DSS custody is raising concerns from members of the public.

Since he was unable to appear before the court all might not be well with him.

Ejiofor complained that for some days they (DSS) have refused him access to his client.

Even before the court officially started, the legal team defending Nnamdi Kanu was refused access into the courtroom. Not until around 10:13 am.

The Nigerian government has witnessed what happened today. I think they tread with caution to avoid hurting the IPOB leader.
